But, as nothing comes cheap, I’m needing major treatment asap, because today I woke up and it looked like straw. >< 

So, the important thing is to identify what your hair needs. Moisturizing will replenish WATER to make your hair SOFT. Nourishment will replenish OILS and FAT to give your hair MOVEMENT. Reconstructing will replenish PROTEIN, to give your hair STRENGTH. Talking about the hair schedule/timetable thing, what I came up for myself was this: 


DAY 1 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 4 - nourishment
(2 day pause) 
DAY 7 - reconstruction 
(2 day pause) 

DAY 10 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 13 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 16 - reconstruction
(2 day pause) 

DAY 19 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 22 - nourishing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 25 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 

DAY 28 - nourishing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 31 - moisturizing
(2 day pause) 
DAY 34 - reconstructing
